This wonderful weekend retreat offers many opportunities for activity and play, as well as time to rest, renew, unwind, unplug and reflect.
Fun easy or challenging hike along the Appalachian trail or a walking meditation.
Lots of time to play games, hang out, relax, read and connect with yourself and others.
Canoe or Kayak on the lake
Yoga, journal writing, meditation and personal reflection
Fresh meals include local and organic ingredients for all diets
Weekend includes: Dinner on Friday. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner on Saturday, Breakfast on Sunday.
New and experienced students are welcome to explore all levels of yoga along with planned hikes in this beautiful, natural setting.
All meals are included.
The retreat will take place rain or shine and registration fee is non-refundable, but is transferable providing a replacement is found.
Accommodations:
Large warm heated cabins, with clean indoor bathrooms;
Bunk rooms that sleep 1 -4 people.
Mattress and pillows provided. Bring your sheets or sleep sack or sleeping bag!
